| Board of Public Utilities
The duties of the Board of Public Utilities are to have and exercise the control over all of the BPU funds, as authorized by City Council. These funds are used to defray the cost of operating, maintaining, improving, and extending the City's utility systems. The BPU consists of five (5) members, one of whom is a member of the City Council. The members are appointed by the City Council, and serve for a term of five years (or until their successor takes office). Current Members: Don Olson The Board of Public Utilities meets the last Monday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at Dept. of Public Works. |
