Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals, subject to provisions of the zoning ordinance, and after holding a public hearing, decides on requests for appeals of administrative decisions, interpretations of the zoning ordinance, and variances from the zoning ordinance.

The Board consists of seven regular members and up to two alternates appointed by the City Council. One of the members also serves on the Planning Commission. Members hold office for a three year term.
