Effective Friday, March 15, 2008, the Dyckman Avenue Bascule Bridge will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the hour and half-hour except 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the bridge will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the hour and the half hour.

From 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. the bridge will open upon three hours advance notice.

Effective Friday, April 11, 2008 the bridge will operate as follows on the hour and half hour:

Monday thru Thursday 7 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
(except 12:00 noon & 1:00 p.m.)

Friday 7 a.m. - midnight
(except 12:00 noon & 1:00 p.m.)

Saturday & Sunday 6 a.m. - midnight

Holidays 6 a.m. - midnight

To arrange for the bridge to be opened at any other times, call the SHPD, 637-5151.
Bridge Tenders monitor on Channel 9 and transmit on Channel 12.
