Moved by Paull to amend the motion to include “with an amendment to include land designated for a linear park along the river.” Seconded by Andersen.

Voted Yes: Andersen, Fahs, Paull, Smith, Stegeman, Appleyard.Voted No: Bradley. Amendment carried.

Mayor Appleyard called the motion as amended:
