For years, several brides and grooms have chosen South Haven as the preferred location to exchange their vows. Using Lake Michigan and South Haven’s Lighthouse as the background, couples create memories to be cherished for a lifetime.

If you are considering holding your wedding in a park or on the beach, we ask that you do the following:

Contact Brandy Gildea either by phone 269-637-0772 or by email bgildea@south-haven.com to schedule a date. It would be unfortunate to have two ceremonies taking place at the same time.

• Any decorations brought in for the ceremony must be removed after the ceremony.

• Because public property is being used, no reservations are taken. All areas are on a "first come, first serve" basis. Therefore, members of the public may be observing.

• Also because it is public property, no alcoholic beverages are permitted.

• As a reminder, the pay and park program at the beach is in effect until 6:00 p.m. every day.
